Surfing Lessons and Training


Surfing and wave riding is a very active sport that can require physical fitness and superior sporting ability. If you are not healthy and active or you are just basically in bad shape you could hurt yourself surfing or worse you could not paddle back in to shore... If you have any questions about your health and ability to work hard you should consult a doctor before you  surf or work out in general but most people will find that surfing is an awesome way to loose weight and will help your health in general. Balance and upper body strength and flexibility is key to surfing and having strong back strength helps out also.
